The Process of Getting All-on-4 Implants

Treatment Planning

Preparatory Procedures
If any damaged teeth remain in the mouth, these will be removed before implant placement. In cases where inadequate jawbone volume is detected, bone grafting is done.
Implant Placement
Once all necessary preparations have been completed, four titanium implants are strategically positioned into available areas of strong jawbone support.
Temporary Restoration
To ensure patients can eat comfortably during healing and osseointegration, a temporary prosthesis known as an immediate denture is attached immediately after surgery.
Final Restoration
After allowing some healing time for osseointegration, you'll return to have your customized permanent prosthesis attached securely to the previously placed dental implants.
